FYNBOS&FLAME

Fire. Food. Landscape.

A memorable South African braai experience in the heart of the Cape Peninsula — local ingredients cooked over open fire and served at a shared table, hosted at Cape Point for any tour group.

The visit

Two to three hours on the farm

“A braai is never just about the food. It’s about the fire, the friends, and the time in between.”

1

Arrive at the farmhouse

A welcome drink in hand, the fire already going, the mountains and the water in front of you.

2

Eat off the coals

Everything comes off the fire and onto one long harvest table: meat, sides, salads and bread. Then to feast together.

3

Explore the farm

Explore the farm and swim in the dam if you like.

Three harvest tables, all cooked over fire and shared together. Choose the one that suits your group.

Every table on the fire is curated and cooked by Ryan, who works the coals in front of you and carves at the table.

“Good food brings people closer.”

At Fynbos & Flame, we gather around a shared harvest table, with generous platters placed in the centre for everyone to enjoy. Pass the dishes, share stories, and settle into good food and good company.
